Warranty Policy:
At Top Time Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. All watches purchased from our store are covered by a 1-3 years depending on brand against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at service@toptimeshop.co.ke or +254 704 000045. We will be happy to assist you with repairs or replacements, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping within Kenya only. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@toptimeshop.co.ke or +254 704 000045. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging (Terms and Conditions Apply).
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
