Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty Policy:

At Top Time Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. All watches purchased from our store are covered by a 1 or 2 years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at service@toptimeshop.co.ke or 0704000045. We will be happy to assist you with repairs or replacements, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping within Kenya only. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Top Time Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@toptimeshop.co.ke or 0704000045. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
